1. Overview
You may request deletion of your Trackstream account data at any time. Deletion requests apply to the account and associated personal data that can reasonably be linked to that account.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion, email support@thoughtbait.com with the following information:
- The email address linked to your Trackstream account
- A short statement requesting account and data deletion
3. What Data May Be Deleted
Deletion may include:
- Account profile information
- Organisation, Division, Project, and Entry records created by you
- Any other user-generated Trackstream content linked to your account
4. Processing Time
Deletion requests will usually be reviewed and processed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is legally required or reasonably necessary.
5. Important Notes
Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, or regulatory purposes.
Once deletion is completed, you may lose access to your account and deleted data may not be recoverable.
