This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use Trackstream, related web pages, and support channels.

1. Information We Collect

Account and identity data, including your email address and authentication details processed through Supabase Auth and, if you choose Google or Apple sign-in, profile details made available by that provider such as your name and email address.

Profile and content data, including your public profile fields and professional records you choose to add inside Trackstream.

Device and notification data, including push notification tokens and limited device or app information needed to deliver notifications and maintain your session.

Support and transaction data, including messages you send to support and, if paid features are enabled, subscription or purchase information handled through the relevant app store.

2. How We Use Information

To create and secure your account, sign you in, and keep the app working.

To store, sync, and display the content and profile information you choose to add.

To send transactional emails, including account verification and password reset messages.

To send push notifications that you ask us to deliver and manage device tokens tied to your account.

To support subscriptions, receipts, entitlements, refunds, and purchase restoration if paid features are enabled.

To protect the service, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

3. Sharing and Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for transactional email delivery, Google and Apple for sign-in, Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and our own backend services.

If paid features are enabled, the relevant app store or payment provider may process subscription status, product identifiers, receipts, and related account identifiers so purchases can be managed correctly.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction.

4. Permissions and Your Choices

You can choose whether to allow notifications. If you deny notification permission, core app features remain available, but alerts may not be delivered.

You can update your profile information inside the app. You can also stop using social sign-in providers by switching sign-in methods where available.

If future versions of Trackstream use additional sensitive permissions or new categories of personal data, we will request access in context and update this policy when our practices materially change.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app using the Delete Account option. If you cannot access the app, you can email support from your account email address to request deletion.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, or records for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system recovery.
